Lately I’ve been bringing everyone up to date on available mortgages in Macomb County MI, especially those that will help first time home buyers.

A friend of mine, Jeff Belonger (AKA the FHA Expert) has written an excellent article that gives you a nice side by side comparison on purchasing a home using a FHA mortgage and a conventional mortgage.
