If you’ve been searching for the right home in Macomb County recently, then I’m sure you’ve seen the full range: Foreclosures, short sales, and the even rarer “normal” homes for sale.
I don’t believe I’ve had a first time home buyer client yet that hasn’t asked me “Am I rushing things?” when they are considering making an offer on a home.
My answer is always this: If it feels right to you, if it feels like home, then you are never rushing it.
There isn’t a line -drawn-in-the-sand number of how many homes you should view before selecting one to put an offer in on. You could walk in to the first home you view and feel “this is it” or it could be the 50th home.
Here is a good question to ask yourself when you are feeling nervous about making an offer on the first (or 50th) home: How would I feel if it sold to someone else? The answer to that question will help you in making the decision.
