Home sellers in St. Clair Shores have been experiencing some stabilization
in their home sales, however price is still “king”.

of June this year, compared to 59 for June of 2008.

The prices ranged from $14,900 to a wonderful Worthington canal front
home that sold in June for $225,000.

However, most of the home sales in St. Clair Shores are still in the
under $100,000 range – 41 of them this month.
