Latest on Fri, 09:56: Timothy, if your home purchase was a "normal" purchase (not a foreclosure or abandoned, not tagged by the city, or not being used as a rental) then there is no requirement for an inspection in Mt. Clemens. I recently had a client purchase a home there and I went to the city offices myself to verify this for them.
